The 15th Annual West Seattle Monster Dash invites runners, walkers, families, and little monsters alike to celebrate Halloween with a costumed 5K trail run and Kids Monster Dash through beautiful Lincoln Park. Hosted in support of the South Seattle College Cooperative Preschools, the event features a festive atmosphere complete with a Kids Zone, games, prizes, photo opportunities, and plenty of creative costumes. Whether you're racing for a personal best or simply enjoying a fall morning outdoors, it's one of Seattle's most beloved Halloween traditions.

Time: 5K Run/Walk 9:30AM, Kids Monster Dash 10:30AM

Admission: 5K Run/Walk Starts at $35, Kids Monster Dash Starts at $20

Fest Tip: Don't stress about your finish time, lean into the Halloween spirit instead. The most memorable part of Monster Dash is seeing hundreds of witches, skeletons, superheroes, and monsters sharing the trails together. Wear a costume that's fun to run in and you'll fit right in.
